You are worthy of love and inimitably loveable. You deserve the love of a lifetime and nothing less. You are beautiful and valuable. Nobody in the world is just like you. Nobody can do the things you were made to do by God. Only you can offer the gift of you to life. If you have trouble believing the reality of the previous statements, if you don't love yourself, nobody else can truly love you. They cannot love you because you cannot receive love. You cannot receive somebody else's love because you don't believe it. When they say, "I love you," somewhere in your mind you say, "No, you don't."
It's time for a reality check. It is time to get naked...literally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Joe Cocker, "You Can Leave Your Hat On" Lock the doors. Take off all your clothes. Stand in front of a full-length mirror and take stock. Look at yourself. Can you see how beautiful you are? All that is perfect and imperfect? This is the real deal beauty!
Now get out a Cosmopolitan magazine or GQ or the like. Look at the picture of one of those models and say, “You are ‘stinkin’ thinkin’!” Because it is. That photo has been photoshopped within an inch of its life! Nobody looks like the models in the magazines, including the models themselves. One of the most well-known supermodels of all time, Cindy Crawford said in a 1993 People magazine article, "Even I don't wake up looking like Cindy Crawford."
