I walked into the large theater
Curtains as tall as a castle
Draping long and red
Only a black piano stood on this broad stage
A stage only fit for royalty
But the silence was eerie
Its as silent as when mother left me in the attic
The sun was the only thing that creaked into my darkness, my hell
Though over the years I grew into a beautiful young lady
With long flowing hair
Eyes made out of glass
Lips a soft color
And skin as smooth as caramel
I became a flower in the attic
