What a great book, more people in management roles CEO's and other upper management as well as us regular people need to read this book, it has a lot of good scripture and good thoughts to ponder and reflect on in our own lives and careers. There are some days I get lazy or I get mad but I have to take a moment and realize I'm doing this for God, not for man. I love the fact the all scripture is KJV of the Bible, I have the e-book version which makes it easy to reference it while at work or when I need some encouragement, it doesn't replace your Bible, but this is a handy tool to have with you.

This book is short but contains nuggets of wisdom that are succinct and direct to the point. It provides good material for leadership meetings with small group leaders. Some of the insights are commonplace (especially among committed disciples) but this does not take away from the usefulness of the insights. Besides, leadership principles are always worth reiterating and emphasizing. I enjoyed reading this during my train rides. I have taken notes and will share these insights to my team of leaders.
