It’s beautiful out and I head down the hill so I have a great view of the mountains on my walk. I love to work out and I’m in pretty good shape at the moment.
After thirty minutes, I decide it is time to turn around and head home. It’s starting to get hot and I tend to get headaches when I exercise in the blazing sun. I start to head back home and after another ten minutes, I start to feel funny. I slow down and stop under a tree for some shade. I feel dizzy, weak, and like my mouth is full of cotton. What’s happening? All I’m doing is walking briskly, it’s not like I’m running at full speed.
