You Are Not Too Old!

I was only twenty years old when my father died of a massive heart attack at the age of forty-seven. My dad's death was a huge shock at the time, and I never saw it coming. Like nearly all of his contemporaries, he didn't exercise. He would be eighty-six if he were alive today. That's thirty-nine lost years. I stopped smoking that day, and began a lifelong journey to be fit and healthy, and teach others to do the same. While we can't control the future and there are no guarantees, I believe we can control the aging process by the daily actions that we take.
