Crowns and Kingdoms: Book 4 Bohemia Kindle Edition

4.8 out of 5 stars 6 ratings

The fourth book of Norris Bloom's Crowns and Kingdoms series follows Adela as she reluctantly agrees to travel with Aegis of Bohemia to his distant kingdom. Once there, she discovers that Bohemia is a poor nomadic kingdom with many unusual customs. Unable to refuse the crown, she becomes the queen of the gypsies, but struggles to solve the problems facing the Bohemian people. Far worse, gypsy code demands that she be married within a year. Adela's worst fears become reality when she realizes that her future lies solely in the hands of the drabarni-- the wise couple of the kingdom.

Who knew a Gypsy Kingdom could be so exciting. Following Adela's journey as an "orphan" girl to becoming a Queen in a Gypsy kingdom was fantastic. Normally we think of rich Kingdoms and immense wealth. But this Kingdom is poor and i got a totally different perspective on royalty. Norris Bloom had a fun amount of fantasy, morality, and royalty intertwined into this far off Kingdom. I actually learned quite a bit about the culture and found it very interesting to learn about it. Bohemia was a page turner once again. But I shouldn't be surprised since Bloom's prior works were also page turners for me. Two quick flights and i read the entire book (and I'm not a fast reader). I strongly recommend Bohemia

The 3rd chapter - Surprise! Adele has to be married within the year in Bohemia. Norris Bloom has done it again. Her Crowns & Kingdoms Part 4: Bohemia takes the reader on a trip with the gypsies that is filled with action and topped off with romance. Once I started reading "Bohemia", I couldn't put it down. Hello, my name is Christian and I am a middle school student. I love reading books. My favorite ones are Crowns and Kindoms. I like these books because of the adventures like going to new lands and daring sword fights. I relate to characters like Suntania, because I learn who I am. When I read the books, I imagine what it is like to be inside of a book. I would like to recommend these books to other middle school students!
