The Eternal Remembrance.
What is the only thing that we all want? Something that we equally share altogether. Can you guess? Far beyond kinky porn or wealth or even love. The single thing we all desire, the great feat of all hopeless feats. The answer is, Legacy. While on Earth we are all fragile flesh and bone, easy to be blown away by the eternal whims of time. We are all born with an expiry date on our foreheads since birth. Time is ticking out on you.
Tick, Tack, the Swiss watch says.
How could we ever be remembered without a Legacy? No way in hell Jose! Who could ever wish to be forgotten? Selfish little humans all want to be melancholically remembered. Who could ever forget the great Picasso? Or Genghis Khan the conqueror? Or Moses, if you want to get biblical. These names are forever written in history, never to be forgotten. These men single handedly crafted their own Legacy, out of thin air they created themselves. With chisel on hand they viciously carved their own majestic statues to their own likeness.
Out of nothing but air.
Well, maybe not Moses because he was chosen by God you know. Like, the whole plagues in Egypt thing to free his people. He had a lot of help from his god! Well, who knows maybe Picasso also had a divine helping hand? Maybe Mr. Pablo prayed every single day to become the greatest painter in history. Who knows!
Regardless they all carved their names on stone forever to be remembered. Isn’t that what we all want? A little bit of eternal fame, one way or the other.
The question for you is. What are you willing to do for this eternal fame? Are you prepared to kill for it? Will you do what it takes to become immortal? Or perhaps you ain’t got the guts to choke destiny with your very own two hands. Who are you? A puny little weakling who bends over and takes it from behind with gusto? Or are you, The One and only . The heartless conqueror of unattainable dreams. Are you one of us? One of those who are not afraid to become rightfully immortal and never forgotten.
Who are you my dear? That is the question of being.
I know who I am, do you?
Do you know my song? The Song of The Siren.
