Sophia-the chef looked up, startled. It was David Lioni, and he was holding his dinner in front of him. She
almost never received complaints, but staring into this man's fearless eyes, she wasn't so sure.
“Yes, I can re-" Sophia tried to retrieve the plate from David to remake the dish to his liking, but he
pulled it away. It did not diffuse the situation.
"Do you know how to make chicken parm!" He yelled. All the nearby help stopped and stared at what
was taking place. Sophia quickly retracted her arm in fear.
"My damn dog can make eggs better than this shit. People are paying a shit load of money to be here for
dinner that tastes like garbage.”David scolded as he bounced the plate on the counter.
Antonio walked into the kitchen to see his father standing across from -his heart dropped. It was the
beautiful woman he watched every morning from his office window. She was in a chef's uniform and
hat. Her striking green eyes expressed hurt and fear, but she kept her emotions in control. He kept his
composure and decided he had to stop this-even at his expense.
