My top weight was 275.8 POUNDS - OVER ONE QUARTER TON
That’s the most I’ve ever weighed. I’ve been on many successful diets only to have the weight pile back on after I was done. After I invented my system, I lost 50 pounds and have kept it off now for over a decade. If I had not invented my system, I would no doubt, by now, be incapacitated by morbid obesity.
When I was a junior in high school, at 15 years old, I weighed 140 pounds. The same weight as my 39 year old mother. At 25 years old, when my metabolism slowed down, I ballooned, overnight it seemed, up to 220 pounds. I’m not a fat girl with a pretty face. I am the typical fat girl with the small piggy eyes. Like the ones you see at the store just before closing, buying ice cream and chips.
The strange thing is, when I am overweight, I don’t see it. Occasionally I will see a picture of myself, and I am shocked. Most of the time, when I see myself in the mirror, I am used to how I look and perceive it as normal. I don’t see the weight.
