How a young girl with no education formed her own business into a 22 million dollar enterprise and learned many lessons along the way. She shares"If I can do this, you can too."
The first step is always the hardest, except for that second step. The third step isn’t much easier. Pretty soon though you learn to run, and then you fall down because you ran too fast. You can pretty much count on getting hurt by running or falling down sometimes. The chances are that you will bump into other people along the way. They might skin their knee too when you unintentionally knock them off balance.
Don’t lose your honest self in the process of ownership. No matter how hard life gets, or how short you are on time, take precious seconds to be kind even when you are taking a firm stance.
Set boundaries and live within them. Make sure others know where the in-field is. Set new boundaries as you grow.
Remember that if a little girl with no formal education can succeed, then you can too.
Put your helmet on, buckle your seatbelt, and get your business going.

I remember when I was young and I would try new things, like knitting or sewing. My mom might say, "Lisa, you can't do that without help."
Those were fighting words-even at seven years old. Dang it, all you have to do is tell me I can't and I will show you that I can.
I have always been known to take a baseball bat to the chirping of negativity.
That isn't the case with most people.
A continuous buzz of, "You are going to fail," will put a damper on anything you are trying to achieve.
I want to encourage you to whack that saying as far away from yourself as possible.
You can do what you dream of- but the catch is- YOU HAVE TO WORK HARDER THAN YOU HAVE WORKED AT ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE.

Buckle Up for Business Success
Time after time, I dismissed the inner voices telling me I am going to fail. I replaced the negative chirping with the sweet voice of victory, encouraging myself to keep moving. We are God’s children, and He calls us to be victorious. He doesn’t put us on earth to be failures. He wants to bless us with immeasurable success, but we have to do the work.
