I remember the day that little Arnold came to live with us.
I was so excited to get him. He was only about 6 inches long and very squirmy.
He wanted down out of my arms and he wanted to play.
He could run really fast! He also made a squealing oink when he ran which was funny and made us all laugh.
We had a stairway with a rail and Arnold ran right under it and rolled down a couple of stairs. It scared us to death. He scrambled back up the stairs just to start running again.
Arnold bonded with the family almost immediately. His little snout was moist as he butted it into my leg. That was how he let me know he wanted to play.
