A key to fighting stress is one small change and this can be done by creating a list of small changes or just one change that you would like to see make a big difference in your working or home life.
An example could be that you are going to walk to get the newspaper in the morning rather than taking the car or walk to post a letter. This will leave you feeling better as you have had some exercise and got some fresh air into your lungs. When you return home, you will feel more invigorated and ready for the day ahead. Change your daily commute, take a different route to your usual one, or go and visit a place you have never been before. Think about some changes you would like to make TODAY and jot them down.
