Dumbstruck
It's always fun to watch someone who becomes dumbstruck.The lack of coordination, the inability to speak, the frozen brain and stare. In this short excerpt, Tom answers his apartment door to see the love of his life standing on the other side. His heart raced, his palms became sweaty, he couldn't speak and he couldn't think. Julie, the girl on the porch, found all of this very amusing and flattering. I hope you'll enjoy this excerpt as well as the soon to be release of this wonderful book, "The Imagination Stone".

The Imagination Stone
When he opened the door, he saw Julie and Doni standing on the front porch. Julie was wearing a very flattering evening gown and Doni was in a very nice girl’s dress. Tom’s mouth dropped open when he saw Julie. He didn’t move, couldn’t move or say anything. He just stared. His most basic of instincts kicked in and at that point, his earlier question was answered. He was indeed in love.
Julie smiled. “Do you need help with your tie?” she chuckled.
Tom nodded, but still said nothing.
“Would you like me to come in and help you, Tom?” Julie asked.
Again, Tom nodded
“Well, you’ll have to let me get by you if you want me to come in and help. You’re kind of blocking the doorway,” Julie felt good at the reaction that Tom had to the way she looked.
