It's important to me to get my stories to the public in memory of my parents and now my mother-in-law. They loved my stories and I believe that you will too! Here's information about me: Drew has been writing all of his life, or at least from the time he knew what words and stories could do. In second grade he was writing audio plays and now, many...many years later, he's still writing. He's written the Tokorel sci-fi series, which has received numerous accolades, great reviews and awards, and numerous other books both fantastic and original. He loves sci-fi and fantasy but he also writes non-fiction as well. He lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his wonderful family and runs a video production company to pay the bills, in addition to working for the city Parks Department. He loves people, so feel free to Email him anytime if you have questions about his books or want to chat. He can be reached at author@drewbankston.com.
Secrets don't always remain so. Sometimes, they are meant to be revealed when fate needs a good laugh, and other times when a good lesson needs to be learned. In book 2 of the Tokorel series, fate is often fickle and teasingly so.

The Eyes of Tokorel
“I am an archaeologist.” She was relieved to be on familiar turf, but even the tale of finding Tokor’s books couldn’t be told with complete accuracy. “On Khizara, the region where Tokor lived is called the Forbidden Area. No one has been allowed there for two hundred years. We, Khizarans I mean, felt it was time to investigate the area. We found Tokor’s home and the books were in a cellar behind his house. Associates of mine are carefully preserving his home and the entire village. Our governing body, the Prefecture, thought it would be fitting, not to mention less threatening, if I brought the books to you.” She took a breath and made the plunge, “Harda, the books talk about Tokor’s life, but they also talk about tejina and chikara. I assume those plants down there are tejina. Opening the doors between Tokorel and Khizara will lead to…well, many secrets will no longer be secret.”
