“Full of things I don’t need and full of things that might attract attention. Don’t think I’ve had a lot of fun this past year myself.” Permac stuffed the last of his belongings into a pack and handed an empty pack to Linsora. “The markets are always open and we can find some things for you along the way. Let’s go.”
Permac cast one last glance around the tiny apartment. Bare essentials furnished two rooms. A path in the dusty floor showed his usual pacing route. “Funny, I hated this place but I feel odd leaving it. This is the first time in twelve years that I’ve been in one place for so long.”
