Pushing the bag off to the side, she slid onto Derek’s lap. As she laid her head back against the chair, she said softly, “I just want to enjoy the sunshine.”
A Monarch butterfly flew across the room and landed on a beautiful purple flower. His wings were as orange as a pumpkin, and the yellow that outlined them, reminded Brandy of the sun. The whole room had filled with flora over a short time. It was slowly turning into a beautiful garden. Trees started to form, and what took decades, happened within seconds, leaving them all in awe, as they watched the formation.
Soon, the apartment disappeared, and all they could see in any direction was a beautiful rain forest. It wasn’t scary. It was breathtaking. A tiny lizard scurried up a tree, as a toucan flew overhead.
