A reporter watched a spacecraft launch near burning refiners and head north. Within seconds, another message flashed on the panel.
“At 9:00 a.m. in Moscow, alien beings blasted the complex owned by oil tycoons. Then, a large spaceship hurled a shower of fireballs, demolishing the construction.”
He took another sip of his coffee. Melekh’s lips glided over his perfect white teeth. He turned his attention to the humanoid and glanced at the pleasant attendant, waiting to grab his suitcase. Her almond eyes and thin body caught his attention as she leaned closer to his frame.
He grabbed the beverage from the armrest and leaned closer to her, his lip curled with a frown.
“Move back!” he shrieked. He placed his cup in the cupholder. His eyebrows lowered as he spat out his words. The humanoid had touched and caressed his thigh when his notebook fell from the upright table. The humanoid robot stooped and placed the notebook on the armrest. Seeing the humanoid robot’s coy smile gave him a distinct signal of the robot’s intention.
