When Isaac and Olivia had finally worked out the details of their plan, it became apparent to them that neither had ever truly been in love. Though each had felt the trickle of young love during their early adolescent years, neither had danced in the rain during a torrential downpour of emotions. The agony of desire, the longing to be together, the need to find a way to make it last, all the aspects of amour that remain after the initial excitement of falling in love has faded, was foreign to them. The madness of love had never consumed and driven them to risk everything for the sake of it.
At least not yet.
