Getting Out There
The most important thing I learned early on was that if I didn’t go out to work, I wasn’t going to be earning any money. If I didn’t go visit any clients or prospects and present them with my wares, I wasn’t going to earn any money. There were no paid sick days or mental health days. I always needed to be in front of clients or prospects. For me, it was great because I love people. I love talking to people. I love working with people. I love showing people products and services that will improve their lives or income.
I learned that you have to care about the people you are selling to.
