Time Management: A Recipe for Success
Let’s do a deeper dive into our “day in the life” analysis with a case from my own coaching practice. I had a client who was involved in four businesses but wasn’t making any money.
The first thing we looked at was his time management. He noticed he didn’t get into his office until 11:00 a.m. There is a recipe for disaster! Then we took a look at the businesses, and we saw that two of his businesses were nonstarters. They weren’t profitable and they didn’t have much potential. This became a priority issue. Why continue focusing on these businesses? I asked him what would be possible if he would start his day earlier and shift his focus to the moneymaking ventures.
