Zeb's eyes widened for a moment. He looked to be staring into nothing. He then straightened himself up and picked up Jane’s luggage. “Follow me.” Jane nodded weakly and stayed close behind him. He stopped beside the car and tossed the luggage back in the trunk.
“What are you doing?” She was going to continue her protest, but she fell silent on sight of him pulling out a metal box from the glove box. He flipped the latch and opened it slowly. Inside, there was a large handgun and a magazine on the side. On the top of the box were the words 'Desert Eagle'.
Zeb inserted the magazine and prepared the gun. “Jane I want you to stay here. When you see me again, start the car.
