From the statistics more persons were dissatisfied than those very satisfied with the institution’s approach and handling of the system so far. There is always room for improvement in this area. A satisfied student or staff member is a productive worker and as highlighted in the first recommendations goals should be made clear, but not only so, these goals when accomplished should have equally clear and attainable rewards. The procedures implemented to clarify or attain these goals should not be arduous or labouring to the individuals.
Initiatives, steps, goals and objectives of PDF’s should be clearly communicated to the persons involved. Not just the initiatives towards using the online application but also in accordance to every aspect and dealings of the Academy. If this measure has already been taken then it needs to be adhered to and possibly made more visible at the institution.
