I argue in this book that governments around the world have for many years been doing the exact opposite with their technology developments. They have commissioned large projects that progress in a predetermined and unfaltering course, deliver late (if at all) and provide little or no benefit.
I have decided to lay out these arguments in the first part of this book using the Harvard MBA case study approach to compare and contrast the agile and non-agile approach.
