Sara stepped into Parva’s study, quickly turning to him with her voice low. “How badly was he hurt?”
Parva sat down behind his desk, tenting his fingers. “I will inform you all about the injuries once you give me a full, detailed report of what occurred at the college.”
Sara glanced at the door before looking at the floor. “Well, as you stated previously, Jacob’s roommate Alexander proved to be the stepping stone in finding a way to get to him. I was supposed to be going out on a date with him, but he was ever the buffoon. Before I could get him back to their room, the small bomb I reported a few hours ago went off. It knocked me off of my feet, and knocked him unconscious. Jacob was somewhere out in the courtyard studying.”
Parva put his hand up. “Alright, alright… what information did you gather on the artefact?”
“Well, it seems that this is the one treasure that Reach did manage to hide—for some reason he didn’t bury it—and it’s somewhere off the coast of North Carolina.”
“Are you telling me that this information did not show a specific area?” Parva raised his voice for the first time in decades. “We need to find this before they do, and use it for the good of the world!”
Sara flinched, bowing low to hide it. “I’m doing all I can, Master. The text I found, old is it may be, did give off North Carolina as the location. So it would seem that we need to scour the entire coastal line of the state and hope that we actually get lucky.”
