I’d like you to have a qigong experience as you read and absorb the concepts of qigong. I’d like you to savor it, think about it, carefully ponder it, breathe it in and out, return to it while you are going about your day, and turn the parts that resonate into a part of you.
If you practice doing this, then you will begin to experience the essence of qigong. When we practice qigong movements and meditation, and when we either perform or receive a qigong healing, we always set a specific intention for that activity before we begin.
