They are here. They have always been here, living amongst us. Remarkably, mankind has always known of their existence, yet failed to fully articulate and acknowledge when our paths cross theirs. Tales of angels, immortals, warriors, heroes, even ‘the Wandering Jew’ persist through time, religions, and mythologies. You may call them what you will – but they are here.
What makes the truth so hard to believe? What is truly amazing is one little biblical verse gives the secret away, actually spells it out. But humans, as we are so apt to do, are slow to convince and even harder to compel to bear witness to the truth, even when it is right before our eyes.
Genesis 6: 1-4 (1 When human beings began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, 2 the sons of God saw that the daughters of humans were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose. 3 Then the LORD said, “My Spirit will not contend with[a] humans forever, for they are mortal[b]; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.” 4 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days—and also afterward—when the sons of God went to the daughters of humans and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown.)
