Conspiracy theories have been with us since ancient times. Rulers in Egypt would have people routinely killed on the mere suspicion that they were plotting against them. It has been so all through history. The problem is that most of the time, people are just too busy to worry about being part of some silly conspiracy.
I can tell you without a doubt that the concentration camps existed, I had relatives that were in them. The moon landing was real, my own father helped to make it a reality. The twin towers were hit by two planes, a friend of mine saw it and saw the result.
Was there a second assassin on the 'grassy knoll' and was the Lusitania purposely set up? I can't answer those, but the simplest answer is usually the correct one.

DULCET-Book Two of the Senses Novels
There were some idiots out there that were convinced that the concentration camps, the death camps of the Nazis was all propaganda and that they never really existed. These are the same stupid morons that believed that the moon landing was faked and done on a sound stage in Hollywood and that the Twin Towers in New York were really blown up from the inside. How people like that could walk and breathe at the same time always astounded me.
