To succeed at good communication, you must demonstrate interest in others. Treat them with respect, courtesy, and consideration. Listen well to them. When we’re stressed, we tend to listen to the chaos in our heads, not to the clients.
In order to communicate effectively, it is extremely important to develop and maintain relationships with different kinds of people. It doesn’t make a difference who you meet, who they are, or what sex, color, race, or religion they are; being able to communicate effectively transcends all differences.
