Weeding and Waiting
The experienced farmer or gardener knows the importance of keeping the land clear of clutter. A neglected field can quickly become overgrown in weeds, creating smaller, less fruitful crops. If plants become spindly or puny, they need careful pruning for restored vitality. Weeding and pruning are important habits in cultivating an abundant crop. These habits also provide robust health.

Weeds know no season, either in your backyard garden or in your inner terrain. You must keep careful watch so the pesky weeds don’t overtake your efforts toward wholesome living. When you weed out your unhealthy habits, you contribute to the improvement of your personal energy level, skin condition, mental alertness, sleep pattern, weight control and overall well-being.
Pruning, the removing of unnecessary parts of a plant, is a vital part of the weeding process. Sometimes it may seem as though cutting away old, diseased or unnecessary leaves or branches will hurt the plant, yet the opposite is true. This healthy habit actually improves the growth and appearance of a plant. Likewise, it is to your benefit to prune the unnecessary or detrimental parts of your life.
