Drew has been writing all of his life, or at least from the time he knew what words and stories could do. In second grade he was writing audio plays and now, many...many years later, he's still writing. He's written the Tokorel sci-fi series, which has received numerous accolades, great reviews and awards, and numerous other books both fantastic and original. Evil has a way of trying to twist words and intentions to sound good and convincing. Have you ever noticed that? Evil, in its way of trying to deceive good, will do what it can to convince good that intentions are pure and should be gone along with. So, in my stories, it's sometimes hard to tell, at first, who is good and who is not. Clues are present if you look hard, but sometimes they are disguised as something else. See what you think of this passage and see if this, Gordek person, is a good guy or a bad one.
The Eyes of Tokorel
Gordek was recovering from the headache left by the energy blast. He mustered a leering smile at the woman, “Partly. I want to use the tools available, the Tokorellan tools. As I said to you once, some Tokorellans still have Khizaran hearts that burn for glory. With Tokorellan technology and Khizaran tactics, we would be unstoppable. You have no great sympathy for the great Tokorellan plan. What better way to circumvent it?”
