Drew has been writing all of his life, or at least from the time he knew what words and stories could do. In second grade he was writing audio plays and now, many...many years later, he's still writing. He's written the Tokorel sci-fi series, which has received numerous accolades, great reviews and awards, and numerous other books both fantastic and original. He loves sci-fi and fantasy but he also writes non-fiction as well. He lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his wonderful family and runs a video production company to pay the bills, in addition to working for the city Parks Department. He loves people, so feel free to Email him anytime if you have questions about his books or want to chat. He can be reached at email@example.com.
In life we see people who are incredible actors. People who never reach the stage and yet perform everyday in front of all that they know. It's an amazing feat! In my books I love to emulate real life, even though the book might be a fantasy. Here, a woman is trying to keep Tom from reaching his meeting on time, and doing a pretty good job with it.
The Imagination Stone
“Thank you so much, young man. I don’t know what I would have done without your help,” she smiled. Then she turned and looked at the mess on the side of the road behind her car. “Don’t worry about the mess. I’ll take care if it... somehow. I’ll probably be late for my meeting, but you’ve already helped me so much. I couldn’t ask you to do any more.” She slowly shuffled over to the chaos behind her car, put one hand on her back and the other hand on her mouth. As she stood by the back of the car, she shook her head back and forth as if wondering what to do next.
