I will explain this concept to you in just a moment so you can begin using it right away as long as you have incorporated and absorbed the lessons and instructions in the previous pages first.
Remember the famous quote delivered by Socrates, “Know thyself”? This quote is profound, on many levels, and supports the concept of the “Mind-Heart Connection”, which is a necessary component to properly sift away the trash, to get to that bag of diamonds belonging to you. Knowing yourself means to be honest with yourself, seeing the reality and truth of your traits, talents, abilities, strengths and weaknesses or liabilities. Knowing yourself means not being in conflict with yourself and who you are, based on where you want to go. Knowing yourself means to not be hypocritical with your choices, which will determine a congruent outcome with how you want to live your life. You cannot be in conflict with yourself. Hypocritical behaviors are the actions that are taken in accordance with where your mind and heart do not line up, relating to the value construct within you. The Mind-Heart Connection is the answer to effectively sifting through, moving out and clearing away the trash, in order to release in you, proper clarification regarding your goal, as well as the motivation, stick-to-itiveness, fearlessness and confidence necessary to see and complete the tasks at hand, thereby ensuring your freedom and success.
