Childhood Inspiration
Given the fact that I've always loved the idea of magic and Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, I thought this was a perfect way to start this book. Fawn, like me, has a very close family, but is actually gifted with magical powers. This chapter is the start of her journey as a witch, and mine as a writer.
Two Worlds Collide
I've always loved the third chapter, where the two main characters finally meet. Since they're both headstrong and independent, they clash almost immediately. I hope my readers will enjoy it as much as I did writing it.
