The Opening
I cut one of my favorite lines out of the opening. Jonah, Mary's brother, is the leader of a mech gang called the Dragons. At one point, Mary makes the observation that "Sometimes being Jonah's sister meant she couldn't be anyone else." We all strive for individuality. To step out of the shadow of of being known as someone's son/daughter, sister/brother, wife/mother, or son/father.
